So what can we do to help conserve? We may very well see a "Stage 2" water alert in San Diego in the very near future depending on how bad it gets. And for that we offer an alternative cleaning method(s). One is low moisture cleaning where we use less water to clean your carpet with and two would be the "dry" cleaning method using a rotary machine. Both of these are great alternative cleaning methods but there would be less or no extraction

Excellent video on not selling a method,although I have on my business card Low-moisture carpet cleaning, dry in 1 hour or less, and the people really say they like the idea of the carpet drying so fast. But if they don't ask me how I do it,I won't go into any detail about the method. Thank you for that advice!

I understand and agree with you about not selling method and offering all industry approved methods. If that is the case, what is it that would make me better than everyone else who does that? How do I differentiate myself from my competitors beyond price? I enjoy your videos and find the information useful, infomative and challenge me to re-think things I've taken for granted.
