Great Stain Remover
This stuffs is awesome at removing almost any stain! Just a little disappointed that one bottle out of two leaked a little but no big deal. This stuff is still worth it!!!
Hydrox is a great product.

Easy to use, easy to carry and easy to find room for in your crowded carpet cleaning van.
I use it to pre scrub filthy carpet, tile, stone (especially Travertine) and grout, compound cleaning of rugs, VLM on wood, pre-scrubbing deep grain LVP and there is nothing better for scrubbing staircases...

My 5th OP machine and finally a keeper
The PHX is a joy to run unlike the 4 other OP machines Ive tried.
I've ran it for a solid week and never once thought about (annoying) vibrations or had to deal with parts rattling apart or off.
IMO its the ONLY choice for the full time VLM'r or for those who want the very best

Auto Detailers - Time To Clean Some Carpets
I tried the following products:
Encap-Clean DS2 (16 oz bottle)
Encap-Punch (16 oz bottle)
Encap-Spot (8 oz bottle)
DS2 is PERFECT as a one and done cleaner, though sometimes I'll lay down some Punch if it's a heavy stain and let that break up everything before I hit it with DS2 and a drill brush. Spot is pretty awesome to use on headliners, or places where you don't want to expose a lot of moisture to.
I watched a lot of Ricks' videos on YouTube, he looks and sounds like a stand-up guy. I would've paid more money for this trial pack, but instead I only paid a few dollars for shipping, and have been blown away by the value in this.
Throw away all your cheap carpets cleaners now and educate yourself on the wonders of encapsulation. I have no doubt that'll be able to shave off significant time from each detail if you're an avid extractor user.

I run maintenance at a large orthopaedic clinic. The building has approx. 6000 to 7000 patients a month so the carpet was heavily abused. My extractor was not doing a very desirable job. Leaving the carpet to wet and resorting to having to extract on Fridays. the cimax is awesome and very fast. I am extremely pleased and the staff members are amazed as well.
