Releasit Encap-Spot is an encapsulation spot remover that removes a wide range of carpet spots without the rinse step most spotters require. This listing is the 12-quart case.
Features
Spot types: Its detergent and solvent blend works on water-based stains, petroleum-based stains, and a variety of colored spots.
No sticky spotter residue: CRYSTALON3 polymer encapsulates soil so the dried residue can be removed during subsequent vacuuming.
Odors: Australian tea tree oil helps neutralize odorous carpet stains.
Routine spotting: Rinsing is not normally required, which suits commercial maintenance programs and leave-behind spotter kits.
Directions
Encap-Spot works on all types of synthetic fabrics, including carpet and synthetic upholstery. Shake well. Gently scrape crusted material from the carpet. Apply a liberal amount of Encap-Spot to a microfiber or terry towel, blot the spot, and use enough product to wet the affected fibers. Allow 1-2 minutes of dwell time.
Blot the spot into the towel. Do not rub aggressively, which can distort the carpet fiber. Repeat as needed on difficult stains. Rinsing is not normally required; routine vacuuming removes the encapsulated residue after it dries.
Encap-Spot has a concentrate pH of 9.7. Always test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before use.

I have been using encap spotter for over 25 years and it’s the best spotter I have ever used. It works on many water and solvent soluble spots. Excellent supply also has fantastic customer service!

Encap Spot
Encap Spot is such a great spotter! Covers a wide range of spots and never leaves a dirt attracting residue. I also keep extra bottles on hand to sell to my customers and they love it. Highly recommended this product!
DS2
We love Releasit products they do a fantastic job for our commercial buildings serviced. We have a truck mount with lots of power, high heat, and powerful extraction but the Cimex with some DS2 does a much better job, helps you cover more square ft per hour, and is much less physical and taxing on the body. Such an amazing product line and always eye popping results.

Encap Spot is simply perfect!
Great for all your everyday stains , use it on urine, soda, and vomit and it lifts the stains right out with very little agitation. Saves time and money by having 1 quality spot cleaner that does it all Highly recommend it
Great Spotter
Used this product on many different stains. Mystery stains etc. Has worked on all except some dye based. Best part is no rinsing required.

Hands down the best, most effective, near-miracle spotting solution available. Then only time I use my spotting kit these days is for red stains and sticky greasy spots. Everything else is done with Encap-Spot!

I have worked with released products for a number f years and I can say the spot cleaner works very well!! It is a good product to give or sell to your customer for spots and eliminates pulling out a bunch of equipment for a small spot to clean.

Finally!
Finally something that worked on a recurring spot! We've tried everything on the market on a particular spot on 13 year old carpet and nothing worked. We got a sample of Reasit and tried it on a small area in this high traffic area, and it worked! Other products would initially take the brown out, but it would come back within a day. It's now been three days since I put Releasit on this problem area, and nothing has come back! I now have a new tool in my arsenal!
