SAME DAY SHIPPING:
Orders placed before 3PM eastern (for in-stock items) will normally be shipped on the same business day.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free ground shipping is available for qualifying items on orders over $350 within the contiguous 48 states.
DROP SHIPPING:
A few items that we handle may be shipped directly from the manufacturer's location. We will forward any tracking information to you that the manufacturer provides.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Orders with larger items, including large machines, 55-gallon drums, or palletized orders – require freight shipping. Freight shipments can be shipped to your local freight terminal, or to a COMMERCIAL location that has a loading dock or a forklift. STOLEN/MISSING "DELIVERED" PACKAGES:
Excellent Supply is not responsible for packages that were confirmed to be delivered; but then got stolen from your porch, became misplaced, damaged by weather, or abducted by aliens.
