General Product Returns Please make sure that the items are returned in the original packaging and in the condition you received them. A full refund will be applied to the purchase price of the returned item. We will even cover your return shipping costs for defective or failed items.
Equipment Returns All equipment and ramps need to be re-packaged securely and shipped back to Excellent Supply via a freight carrier. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Upon inspection of the machine, approval can then be made for a refund. Credit for the purchase price will be issued. Costs for the return freight and shipping insurance on equipment returns are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Receiving Your Refund Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exclusions We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on any item that is not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Customer abuse, wear or damage to an item may also void a refund.

Most equipment orders, as well as larger items and pallet orders require freight shipping. Freight shipments can be shipped to your local freight terminal, or to a COMMERCIAL location that has a loading dock or a forklift. Transit Days Explained: A shipping day is the time a package takes in transit during one business day. For example: if your order ships on Wednesday, the transit time from Wednesday to Thursday would be considered one shipping day. If your order ships on Friday, the transit time from Friday to Monday would be considered one shipping day (UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays, USPS sometimes delivers on Saturday).
Expedited Shipping Explained: Only expedited UPS services are guaranteed by UPS. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air shipments can be expected to arrive in the allotted number of business days. All other shipping times are only "estimates". For example, a USPS Priority Mail 2-Day shipping option means the shipment has an "estimated" transit time of 2 business days; however that transit time is not guaranteed by USPS.
